Using a 3 step method centering around Directional Attention™ your life will be transformed from the very first session. It's simple and based on principles that have been practiced for millennia.

There are many symptoms of underlying anxiety, such as insomnia, depression, moodiness, procrastination, social phobias, anger, poor eating habits, sexual performance, and impatience. Regardless of the symptoms, both the body and the mind play their part. 

The latest neurological research on anxiety, stress and fear has found that there are two areas in the brain - the amygdala and the cortex - that must be engaged to reduce and eliminate symptoms. You will learn that maintaining a regulated nervous system, a deeper connection to your body, along with feeling emotionally supported and confident is a skill that can be developed. The process is enjoyable and follows three steps outlined below. 

Step #1
You will begin by learning how to feel safe and developing a deeper awareness of the realtime control you have over your body and nervous system.  

Step #2
We will work from the principle that "your body wants to feel good and your mind will follow." Instead of fighting the body, we will use it as a resource and an object of focus for reconditioning the mind. 

Step #3
With the nervous system regulated and the body relaxed, the final step reconditions your mind transforming negative images to positive ones creating an enhanced emotional state of being. 

I am passionate about helping you find relief, because I've suffered from anxiety and I realize that a continuous stress response not only undermines health, eventually leading to disease, it contributes to relationship issues, hopelessness and a sense of self loss. With extensive training in the field of stress reduction, working with individuals suffering from PTSD, GAD, and trauma, and years of experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner, I look forward to helping you.


My methods are safe, simple, and practical. I receive numerous referrals from more traditional therapists & psychiatrists alike and handle each case with the utmost care & professionalism. I currently practice under Business and Professions Code 2908 for Vocational & Avocational Self Improvement. Alternative therapies should always compliment the recommended medical prescribed course from your doctor.
